John married Anna Johnson about 1875. Notes: When Nilla and Sven were married, they lived at the farm of Nilla's parents which was #10 Skoglosa, Onnestad Parish, Skane Province, Sweden. Three of their children came to America: Ingar (Mrs. Lars Martinson) in 1870, Elna (Mrs. Andrew Carlsonn) in 1873, and Sven (Sam) in the 1880's. One daughter, Anna (Mrs. John A. Anderson) died in Sweden but her husband and children came to Nebraska after her death. One son of Nilla and Sven, Ola, remained in Sweden and continued living on the farm at #10 Skoglosa. His grandson lives on this farm today (1986).Sven's father, John Nilsson and Nilla's father, Ola Nilsson, were brothers.
